Student model diagnosis

Student diagnosis is the process to evolving the student model. In order to evolve the student model interactions between the student and the Intelligent Tutoring System need to be analysed. This analysis is typically performed by checking answers to questions posed by the system or analysing the steps taken during a problem solving session. Other factors such as requests for assistance or the analysis of browsing patterns within hypertext based systems can also be used.
