Elaine is responsible for all general and course administration within NCPM. She is also first point of contact for students and for enquiries about all aspects of the work of NCPM.

Alex Mortimer

Alex works with NCPM and with the Institute for Work Based Learning. He studied at Queen Mary, University of London where he achieved his degree in Mathematics and Statistics. He then did his Masters at City University in Quality Management, Statistics and Reliability. He is currently doing his Masters in Professional Studies as a stepping stone to a doctorate at Middlesex University.

He has worked in further education for over 10 years helping a diverse range of people from all backgrounds and sectors achieve work based and IT based qualifications. His experience lies in business development, organisational strategy, work based learning in higher education, work based learning in further education, organisational change and building relationships.

Alex joined Middlesex in September 08 and heads up the Property and Construction sector for business at the University. He has experience in negotiating with companies at all levels and works across all sectors.
